Incredible Medya Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") respects your data privacy. We collect minimal telemetry data strictly necessary to operate our WebGL game engines, client portal, and incentive fulfillment APIs.

Personal data (name, work email, IP address) is stored in SOC2-certified AWS data centers in Canada and the United States, encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

Your Data Rights

Under GDPR and PIPEDA, you maintain the right to access, export, or request deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected].

2. Terms of Service

By accessing incrediblemedya.com or utilizing our WebGL arcade modules and incentive APIs, you agree to comply with these terms governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Account Responsibility

Portal administrators are responsible for maintaining 2FA credentials and monitoring API key access across team sub-accounts.

3. Anti-Copyright & Public Domain Release

Unless explicitly marked as proprietary client deliverables, all research whitepapers, story narratives, and open-source code snippets published by Incredible Medya Inc. are released into the public domain under anti-copyright principles.
