1. Payment Methods & Currency
Incredible Medya Inc. accepts Wire Transfers (ACH/SWIFT), Corporate Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and automated direct debit for enterprise clients. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD) or Canadian Dollars (CAD) as specified on individual invoices.
2. Digital Fulfillment & API SLA
Digital reward dispatches executed via our REST API occur with an SLA response time of under 3 seconds. For bulk manual uploads, digital claim links are delivered within 4 business hours of funds clearance.
3. Refunds & Unclaimed Funds Policy
Due to the immediate digital issuance nature of gift card codes and custom media buys, completed orders are non-refundable once claimed. However, unredeemed or expired reward claim links automatically return to your master workspace balance for re-issuance.
